 Odus' Quality Botanicals Policies: Returns, Shipping, & Terms Of Service

You can reach us during any reasonable Pacific Coast time any day of the week at the office by calling 1-509-680-2985, or through our Live Chat - located at the very bottom right of every page. You may also utilize the offline message feature through the live chat after hours. We respond to every inquiry within 24 hours, so please be sure to leave us a contact number or email address. 

Shipping:

 All orders will be shipped next business day. We use USPS Priority (for orders of 301 grams or more) and First Class (for orders of 300 grams or less) for free shipping. For USPS Priority, you can expect your package to arrive in 2-3 business days after we ship, and with First Class, you can expect your package to arrive in 3-5 days. You will receive a tracking number with each package sent, and we will hold on to the shipping receipts for our records. You may also choose to pay an extra fee for USPS Priority Express shipping, which may arrive to your destination within 1-4 days, depending on your location. If your package does not arrive in the appropriate time frame, please contact us and we will be happy file a claim with USPS for you. For packages that have not arrived to their destination 10 business days after shipment for USPS Priority Shipping, or 14 business days after shipment for First Class Shipping, we will be happy to send a replacement order for you. 

Returns:

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis only. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order if necessary.
